Snook, Donna Lee

Snook, Donna Lee age 68 of Newton passed away peacefully Friday December 2, 2016 at the Barn Hill Care Center following a brief illness. Born in Franklin, She had resided in Newton most of her life.

Daughter of the late Clinton and Dorothy (Rosenkrancz) Snook, Donna was a graduate of the Newton High School class of 1966. She had worked many years for Able Oil Co. as an Office Manager and Dispatcher from both the Newton and Rockaway locations. Donna had been a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Newton for many years as well as a dedicated Newton Cheerleading coach. A loving and devoted homemaker, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, daughter and sister, Donna enjoyed knitting, gardening and reading. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Pre deceased by her brother William Snook, she is survived by her son David and his wife Elizabeth Mooney of Newton, her daughter Holly and her husband Donny DeStefano of Stillwater and her son Henry and his wife Kira Trogani of Lafayette Twp. Also surviving are her eleven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

               Memorial visitation will be held Saturday December 10, 2016 from 9:30 to 11:30 AM immediately followed by Memorial Services at 11:30 AM in the Iliff- Ruggiero Funeral Home 156 Main St. (Rt. 206) Newton, New Jersey.
